Neon Heist

Set in the dark, dystopian near future, you play as guerrilla espionage recruit Yung Man. A cyberpunk stealth game, in Neon Heist the player is tasked with stealing an important artifact from the Triad for the mysterious Master Wong.

Collaboration

  • Worked in a team of 2 alongside fellow games design student Lee Griffith.

  • I also recruited musicians to produce the soundtrack for the game: FUTURIST and NSFL.

Games Design

  • Designed a Core Gameplay Loop and Narrative Setting for a Stealth Game.

  • Built a prototype for the game in Unreal Engine 4.

    • Included scripting (with Blueprints) enemy AI, moving NPCs, stealth gameplay and narrative dialogue.

Level Design

  • Designed the Interior Levels.

    • Interior segments are where the stealth gameplay takes place, requiring players to use cover and time their movement to avoid the Triad’s robot security.

  • Blocked-out, Meshed and Lit the level in-engine.
